  We couldn't be happier working with Steve, and recommend him to anyone looking to make the purchase or selling of a home a painless process. I bought my first home in 2012, with Steve's help. It wasn't any easy buy, being a short sale, but he made it much easier than it could have been. We decided this past year to sell that house and buy a new one, and had several challenges, but Steve didn't flinch. The holidays were closing in, the house we were selling was a fixer upper, the first buyer's loan fell through slowing our roll. The area we were looking to buy was very much out of his normal region, but he didn't have a problem with that. On top of all of this, I had just started a new job, and had to go out of town for a week, right in the middle of everything. He has the calmest demeanor, I don't know how he does it. He kept me from panicking (much!) and took us through it from beginning to end. We moved into our new house 2 days before Christmas. He will always be our first choice if we do this again, but we're also proud to call him a friend. Don't hesitate to give Steve a call for all your real estate needs. He's a true professional, and really understands all different aspects of the business. Make it easy on yourself!
