  Be very wary of renting from Walls Property Management who leases apartments at Pickering Place LLC at 1307 N 43rd.
  
  I have rented from them and know what their practices and ethics are--shady!
  
  The maintenance guys...who are no longer working for the company--explained to me in private that the company has changed. The owner has turned greedy and is raising the rent and fees on everything so he can "travel around the world". While the owner is off in Europe on yachts, his hard working employees are working hard trying to rent the units people are vacating because he's raised the rent or pushing them out with crazy fees on everything.
