  One the worst experiences period. Sourcing for our office--no one present when I showed up. Offices under construction. Was asked to "show myself around" and call back when the business development person was in.
  
  Called back - to get quotes and ask for additional samples on seating.
  
  Was transferred to Lisa Arthofer who refused to discuss anything with me because they don't do "home office". I asked her if she knew what a "home office" was, and just got the response... "go online and order something." Sounds like she isn't the sharpest pencil in pack. We are a "home office" as in an Investment Management shop. Unbelievably rude. When I asked to speak with someone else she retorted "I'm the Vice President of Business Development for the whole company." Wow. Not what I asked, but thanks for the information.
  
  Stick with someone who doesn't have their head up their @$$ like Global, BMI, Ducky's or really ANYONE else. Thanks OpenSquare. Best of luck to you.
