  My husband and I relocated from Washington, DC to Seattle and cannot speak more highly of Michael as an agent and as a person!
  
  We were blown away by his attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail. Throughout the six months of working actively with Michael, he answered every text, email and phone call immediately and made us feel as if we were his only client.
  
  Michael is extremely perceptive and quickly understood exactly what we were looking for. We were within a certain price range and were looking for a specific style of house and every day Michael sent us new listings and never once wasted our time showing us houses we would not be interested in.
  
  During the sales process, Michael was able to negotiate exactly what we wanted and made exceptional recommendations to us on how to be sure we could secure the deal. Michael is extremely honest and trustworthy - never once did we feel as if Michael was trying to get a quick sale or make a fast dollar.
  
  I relocated to Seattle months before my husband did and on numerous occasions Michael went out of his way to help me out as a friend, completely non-work related, to make my transition from east coast to west coast easier. We will absolutely use Michael as our agent in the future and recommend him to anyone!
