  I've been living at a Cadence property for about half a year now and have nothing but good things to say. The community is awesome, the building, common areas, and even our outdoor areas are very well kept and decorated. Double sets of washers and dryers that work well. I've never had an interaction with the management take more than a day or two to resolve, very pleased with that. Easy payments and move-in. Not much more you can ask for. I would highly recommend Cadence!
  
  Edit: I've since moved and Katie quite literally gave me 50 bucks in rent credit to write reviews for the adams and cadence on yelp and google. Pretty scummy if you ask me so I came back to update my posts. Karma's a b***h. I have email correspondence and would probably respond to any PMs on yelp.
