  After receiving 4 estimates to replace a 20+ year old gas (propane) furnace, we opted to go with the bid from Costco with Brennan being the contractor to install the furnace. We had hoped to get it done very quickly with the weather turning quite cold and our old furnace running only sporadically. We were given a date 3 weeks out but after contacting Paul we were able to get it shortened to about 10 days. The installers arrived early (we were happy with that) and removed the old unit, created a new base and other cowling and had the job done in about 3.5 hours. The Lennox heater works great and the installers did a great job including cleaning up everything. Hopefully we won't have tor replace this unit for at least 20 years but when we do we would be more than happy to have Brennan do the work again.
