  I gave them two stars only because they actually had the part I needed. But they wanted almost double for it than I could get it on Amazon or from Home Depot had they actually had it in stock. When I asked the customer service representative, Josh I think it was, about the over inflated price he just stared at me with a dumbfounded look on his face.
  
  I asked Josh about a new escutcheon gasket because the it tore getting the old one off. He said they don't have gaskets and people just use silicone. I asked if they sold the escutcheon and rather then answer the question he said "really, just use silicone around the edge." I wasn't going to argue with him but personally I don't like the look of silicone smeared all over everything as it just looks shotty. And this going against a diamond plate wall will be hard to wipe it clean due to the texture.
  
  The cashier, who said she was just in helping on the weekend, was nice and when I asked if they'd price match at all she was helpful and called someone else who could assist the price. They adjusted the price about half way between their price and home depots.
  
  This place is a rip off and very lacking in customer service.
